Temporary Suspension of Shipping and Reservation Acceptance for Home Delivery Rentals Due to Identity Verification Service Outage

The identity verification service provided by our third-party verification partner has been temporarily suspended as an emergency precaution in response to recently identified PHP vulnerabilities. As a result, some of our services are currently unavailable.

Impact

• Acceptance of new delivery reservations for home delivery rentals via our website has been temporarily suspended.
• For customers who have already made a reservation but have not yet completed identity verification, we are unable to ship rental devices in accordance with the requirements of the Act of the Prevention of Illegal Mobile Phone Use (For Rental Services).
• Orders for customers whose identity verification has already been completed will be shipped as usual.
• In-store and airport pickup services remain available and are operating normally.

For Customers with Existing Reservations

Affected customers will be contacted individually by email. Please choose one of the following options:

1. Change your reservation to in-store or airport pickup (identity verification will be conducted in person).
2. Wait until the identity verification service resumes (changes to your rental dates can also be accommodated).
3. Cancel your reservation( no cancellation fee will be charged).
