Can I return the item(s) at a different location from where I picked it up?

Yes, you can return the item(s) at any of our locations.
In addition, we offer multiple return options regardless of your pick-up method, so you can choose the most convenient one for you.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, we accept rush orders depending on availability.

Standard bookings are accepted until 1:00 p.m. (Japan time) one day before your desired pick-up date.
For courier deliveries, please book no later than two days before (by 1:00 p.m. Japan time).

If you need a last-minute reservation after the deadlines above, please contact us through our Contact Us Page. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I extend the rental period for the Pocket WiFi?

Yes, we are flexible with accepting changes to your order as long as you contact us no later than one day prior (6:00 p.m. Japan time) to your expected return date.
You can submit extension requests through the Contact Us Page or by calling our customer support.
