Step 1
Book Online
Book online as soon as your travel schedule is confirmed! Booking in advance greatly reduces the hassle!
Pre-booking Deadline:
1:00 PM (Japan time), one day prior to your desired pick up date.
Fill in the necessary items in the booking form and send it to us.
After booking is completed, confirmation mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Step 2
Pick Up
Pick up your device at our stores at Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, or Chubu Centrair Airport!
All stores are located within 30 seconds walking distance from the international arrival gates!
Home delivery is also available if you have a Japanese address!
Step 3
Start Using
Start using our service immediately after pick up!
If you have any questions or problems while using the service, our bilingual (Japanese / English) customer support team will be happy to assist you!
Step 4
Return
Return your device at our stores at Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, or Chubu Centrair Airport!
All stores have 24-hour return boxes available!
Return by mail or at our office is also possible!
Step 5
Payment
Pay after usage (after return) for your peace of mind!
You will also receive a detailed communication invoice for free!
