How to Return the WiFi Device
Simply insert the device into an empty slot in the rental machine, and the return process will be completed automatically.
Our WiFi rental devices come equipped with three types of charging cables (Type-C, Lightning, Micro-USB), allowing you to charge both Android and iPhone devices. With included cables, you can conveniently charge your smartphone anytime, ensuring you stay connected on the go.
Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR code on the rental station box using your camera or a QR code scanner app.
Register
Enter your information, such as your name and date of birth, to complete the membership registration.
Choose a Plan
Select the optimal plan based on your desired data capacity.
Enter Credit Card Information and Make Payment
Register your credit card details and pay for the selected plan.
Your Rental Begins!
Once the payment is complete, the slot on the rental station box will automatically open. Connect the device to your smartphone, and you can start using the data service.

Can I apply for multiple devices at the same time?Each member is allowed to apply for only one device at a time.

Can I extend the rental period?Yes. Extensions can be made through the member site at ¥110 per hour, ¥660 per day, or ¥1,650 per 3 days.
The maximum extension is 30 days from the start of the rental period. Extensions cannot be made after the due date has passed.

What happens if I cannot return the device within the rental period?A late fee of ¥220 per hour will be charged. If the delay exceeds 24 hours, an additional compensation fee of ¥44,000 (tax included) will be applied.

Can I check my data usage?Yes, you can check your data usage on the member site.

Off: Power is OFF
Green / Yellow: Network connected
Red: Network disconnected or overdue

The light indicates the remaining battery level:
1 Light on: 25% remaining
2 Lights on: 50% remaining
3 Lights on: 75% remaining
4 Lights on: 100% remaining

Can I return the device to a stand at a different location from where I picked it up?Yes, you can return the device to a stand at a different location from where you picked it up.

What should I do if the device is lost or damaged?If you lose or damage the device, please contact customer support immediately. In cases where the loss or damage is determined to be the customer's responsibility, a compensation fee of ¥44,000 (tax included) may apply.

How do I charge the router?The router can be charged using the USB Type-C port located on the side of the device. Please note that a charging cable is not included, so we kindly ask that you bring your own.
